Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GraniteBay. The 18+ requirement is genuine. If you are under 18, this site is not for you. By entering, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. If we have reason to believe a user is under the legal age, access may be suspended without notice.
What GraniteBay Is
GraniteBay is a social simulation. Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to any real-world asset. GraniteBay is not a regulated gaming operator. No deposit is required; no withdrawal is possible.
The visual format resembles real-money play because the entertainment format is familiar — but the mechanics are entirely different. Winning or losing virtual credits has no financial consequence whatsoever. GraniteBay does not offer gambling as defined under any applicable legislation.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to exploit, break, or reverse-engineer the platform. Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game. GraniteBay is for personal entertainment only — commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission from GraniteBay.
You agree not to use GraniteBay in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access.
Liability
GraniteBay is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or technical errors.
Since no real money is involved, liability in any case is limited to the amount you have spent on the platform — which is zero, as the service is entirely free. In no event shall GraniteBay or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on GraniteBay, including game mechanics, design, copy, and brand identity, belongs to GraniteBay or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Round symbols are adapted from Game-Icons (CC-BY 3.0). Attribution is provided in accordance with the licence terms. All other visual assets and copy are proprietary to GraniteBay.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page, identified by the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of GraniteBay after an update has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We recommend checking this page periodically. Significant changes will be summarised at the top of the document where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
